ACFL Constitution

~This is just a brief constitution to give people a feel of the league

~The first season will begin play on Aug 25th.  You may coach up to 2 teams, but your 2 teams will never play each other during the regular season.

~The ACFL is a head to head league using Action PC Football.

I will update the league website daily, no set times on when the updates occur however. Please post all messages and issues to the ACFL yahoo group that i signed all of you up on.
League Settings
The AFL will be switching the settings to Pro Rules instead of College Rules. The people that have already played online games know the reason for this and I have emailed Dave about the problem and if enough people do then maybe there will be a fix. The reason being is there are far too many plays and the games have been taking around 2.5 hours to play at a minimum. 
Playing your games
Week 1 will be hectic as we know, but check the website and see if you are playing someone with an *asterick. If you are then that means you are playing the computer, every other team is computer owned. Check the owners page to get the email address of the team you are playing. It is the home teams responsibility to set up a time. If no time can be reached then the home team owner has the right to play against the computer on saturdays, which are the last days of our week. All game files that havent been turned in by saturday at midnight eastern will be simulated comp v. comp by me, no exceptions.
League Files
I will send out a new league file every saturday night after midnight eastern time. the schedule will be completed with a 12 game schedule for everyone by the time the week 2 file is sent. 
Season
The season is a 12 game season with a 16 team BCS tournament at the end. It will be ranked by winning % and all tie breakers for seeding will be by your power ranking used by dks. 
Owners
We are still getting new owners and if anyone knows of anybody that would like to join please send them along. There are still about 8 open teams along with several other teams that are being coached secondary by current owners.
